Professor Dominic Macqueen

Professor Macqueen is an applied psychologist with a backgorund in clinical, academic, corporate, and forensic psychology. He holds graduate and post-graduate qualifications in psychology, psychotherapy and counselling, management and training, corporate and employment law, and dispute resolution and mediation.
Prior to his psychology career Professor Macqueen had been involved in humanitarian work, assisting with social development projects in India and caring for children suffering with AIDS in Africa. Since 1999 he has worked in psychiatry, consulting at a number of hospitals within the Priory Healthcare Group, and treating conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to self-harm and substance abuse.
Professor Macqueen currently provides counselling and psychological analysis to individuals and couples at his London private practice on Wimpole Street and his home practice in Surrey. He also provides clinical supervision and specialist psychological support to medical professionals and healthcare workers.
